Destinations and ride options:

1. Farm Tour: Bike to a working farm by way of a combination of dirt and paved back roads with spectacular views along the way. This sustainable, organic, family friendly farm offers tours of their dairy and poultry operations as well as the opportunity to meet lamas, emus and other farm animals. Enjoy a picnic lunch at the farm featuring primarily organic produce grown right there or at neighboring farms. This is sure to be a fun, educational experience the whole family will remember!
*Options for extended lama treks or horse drawn wagon rides available for an additional fee.
These must be scheduled in advance.

2. Country Store Tour: Travel to a New England style country store, no 7 Elevens or Quick Stops on this ride. Good old fashion country stores run by our friends and neighbors. Most of these stores are still the hub of the communities they are located in. If you want to know what is happening in town; the general store is often the best place to find out. There are plenty of eating options on these rides as most of the stores run home style delicatessens. You choose what you want for lunch and then enjoy a picnic on the village green or at a stream side.

3. Art Studio Tour: Ride to a variety of art studios; meet the artists and see where they work. We’ll take a break in the middle of this ride for a picnic lunch.
*Options to purchase art pieces and have them delivered back to you lodging location.

4. Wine Tasting Tour: Ride to a local winery. Enjoy a tour of the winery and learn how they make such wonderful Vermont wine. Sample their wide range of offerings and enjoy a French Gourmet lunch including five assorted cheeses, french bread, nuts, grapes and a glass of wine. They also offer honey, maple syrup, fresh produce and other local products in their shop.
*Options to purchase wines and have them delivered to your lodging location.

5. Nursery Tour: Ride to a unique nursery and spend some time strolling through their beautiful property filled with flowering shrubs, fruit trees and a wide range of Vermont friendly plants and trees. We’ll picnic on the nursery grounds before heading out for our return ride. This ride includes a mix of dirt roads and paved back roads with low traffic.

6. Organic Garden Tour: Visit one of our local organic gardens. Learn what it takes to run a organic garden and why it is so important to our well being.
*Options to purchase fresh Vermont produce and have it delivered to you local lodging.

7. Swimming Hole Tour: If it's a hot summer day pack a towel and bathing suit and ride to a local swimming hole. Not for the meek as some of the better swimming holes do not come with bath houses. This is a very different experience than swimming in your neighborhood chlorinated pool. Our crystal clear streams offer a cold refreshing way to spend a summer afternoon. Picnic lunch included.

8. Bike and Canoe: Ride to one of the areas most beautiful bodies of water and spend a few hours canoeing. Motor boats are prohibited here and you will be amazed how quiet and peaceful it is. You're likely to see loons, ducks and other native wildlife here. We’ll paddle out to an island for a picnic lunch before heading back to the landing for the return ride.

All rides available in 10, 20 or 30 mile distances. Longer options available upon request.

Trail-a-bikes available for young children.

This season we are booking one outing per day so booking in advance is recommended to insure availability. Some tours are subject to the availability of a third party; call to confirm.
